01 The brief
Web design in Newcastle starts with one question
When someone finds your business, what do they do next? They look you up. They check you are real, that you do the job they need, and that ringing you will be easy.
A website has to answer all three. If it does not, the visitor leaves and you never hear about it. There is no notification for the enquiry you did not get.
So we build each site around one job: getting the visitor to contact you. We write the copy from what you tell us, and set up Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics and contact forms that notify you the moment someone gets in touch.
02 Local build
Hunter OMS: a Newcastle practice rebuilt without losing its search traffic
Hunter Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a specialist surgical practice in Newcastle. Many patients arrive on a referral from their dentist, then look the practice up before they book. Their old WordPress site had been hacked. A rogue administrator account sat in the back end and casino spam pages in six languages had been injected. 26 of those spam URLs were still showing in Google.
We removed the rogue account, cleaned the site and rebuilt it with a new design. Before the move we mapped every URL that already ranked. After launch on 18 August 2026 we checked each one.
